What a reader needs to decide
Corporate housing connects the resident, employer and accommodation provider. The listing should make the contracting party and practical responsibilities clear before an HR team compares options.
A company invoice does not settle who signs, pays a deposit or bears cancellation costs. Record those decisions alongside the arrival support offered to the resident. Avoid promising visa, employment or school outcomes as part of a housing package.
Information to gather
- Contracting and invoicing parties
- Resident and permitted occupancy
- Arrival and handover support
- Invoice schedule and currency
- Deposit and damage responsibilities
- Extension and early-exit process
Keep the employer’s billing contact separate from the resident’s emergency contact; neither needs to appear in a public listing.
Templates by type
English titles and Japanese labels aid navigation; they do not replace professionally reviewed transaction terms. Every example below is a writing aid with placeholders, not an actual listing.

Before turning a template into an advertisement
- Obtain authority to advertise and permission to use the photographs and floor plans.
- Verify the specific property or service, responsible provider and any required credentials.
- Replace every bracket with confirmed facts. Omit unsupported claims and preserve important exclusions.
- Record the verification date and arrange a process to remove or update expired information.
- Have the responsible provider review the applicable disclosure and advertising requirements.
Use a unique page for a real, distinct offer when one exists. A different keyword, ward name or spelling alone does not justify another listing.
