How to use this collection

  1. Choose a category, an intention and the question a reader or customer needs answered.
  2. Filter by property type, language or geographic label to narrow the wording.
  3. Group similar phrases by intent instead of creating one page for every variation.
  4. Validate demand using your own authorized search-performance or keyword data.
  5. Publish a useful answer, keep its sources current and measure actual results.

What the count means

The collection retains its original 400,000 research candidates and adds 203,472 intention-specific phrases. Each added intention uses a selected set of compatible property labels, 24 geographic labels, eight question topics and three base wordings in each language. Base phrases and topic variants are counted separately. Phrase variations often express the same intent; the total does not represent 603,472 independent topics or observed searches.

Geographic coverage is Tokyo generally and its 23 special wards. It does not cover every station, municipality or island. Japanese wording is generated for research and needs native-language review before campaign use. No search volume, ranking, CPC or competition values have been invented.
