What a reader needs to decide
A furnished apartment is an arrival plan as well as a space. A useful listing shows which items are actually in the offered unit, what must be arranged before move-in and what happens if the stay needs to change.

Before turning a template into an advertisement
- Obtain authority to advertise and permission to use the photographs and floor plans.
- Verify the specific property or service, responsible provider and any required credentials.
- Replace every bracket with confirmed facts. Omit unsupported claims and preserve important exclusions.
- Record the verification date and arrange a process to remove or update expired information.
- Have the responsible provider review the applicable disclosure and advertising requirements.
Use a unique page for a real, distinct offer when one exists. A different keyword, ward name or spelling alone does not justify another listing.
