What a reader needs to decide
A shared-home description needs two inventories: what belongs to the resident’s private space and what is shared. A bedroom photograph is not enough to compare kitchens, bathrooms, storage or household responsibilities.
Identify the operator, occupancy arrangement and written rules. Explain which charges are individual and which are shared. Give factual details about access, cleaning and guests without making assumptions about the people who will live there.
Information to gather
- Private room and lockable space
- Number of users per shared facility
- Bathroom and kitchen arrangements
- House rules and visitor policy
- Cleaning and consumables
- Notice period and shared charges
Ask how a broken shared appliance is reported and who arranges the repair; this can matter more than an attractive lounge photo.

English titles and Japanese labels aid navigation; they do not replace professionally reviewed transaction terms. Every example below is a writing aid with placeholders, not an actual listing.

Before turning a template into an advertisement
- Obtain authority to advertise and permission to use the photographs and floor plans.
- Verify the specific property or service, responsible provider and any required credentials.
- Replace every bracket with confirmed facts. Omit unsupported claims and preserve important exclusions.
- Record the verification date and arrange a process to remove or update expired information.
- Have the responsible provider review the applicable disclosure and advertising requirements.
Use a unique page for a real, distinct offer when one exists. A different keyword, ward name or spelling alone does not justify another listing.
