Build the brief around the intention
A longer-term home must support a repeatable routine rather than simply provide somewhere to arrive. Think about work, sleep, storage, shopping, maintenance and the journeys the household makes. Compare those activities with the actual plan and building instead of relying on a broad neighborhood label.
Describe the expected period, household needs and essential equipment. Ask the provider to explain the proposed duration and the conditions relevant to changes, renewal and departure. Keep recurring costs and responsibilities visible alongside the initial setup. This is a planning checklist, not an interpretation of a tenancy or a prediction of future charges.
Three questions to resolve
Routine
Which daily activities and journeys must the home support?
Responsibilities
Who handles maintenance and service setup?
Agreement
Which duration and departure conditions need explanation?
How this option differs
A temporary arrival stay may need a separate brief from a longer-term home. Compare the two purposes explicitly. No standard duration, automatic renewal or universal contract condition is inferred from this filter.
